Le Méridien Kuala Lumpur Refurbishes its Club Lounge

Le Méridien Kuala Lumpur has refurbished its Club Lounge with batik and songket design elements, offering an elevated experience for business travellers staying in its Club rooms and suites.

Located on the 33rd floor of the hotel, the Club Lounge features an open kitchen with live cooking stations, a private meeting room, a comfortable lounge seating area, two workstations, and shower and changing rooms for early check-in and late check-out.

“Our Le Méridien Club Lounge underwent an extensive MYR6.2 million (US$1.43 million) transformation to keep in pace with the changing aspirations of business travellers of today,” says general manager of Le Méridien Kuala Lumpur Harvey Thompson. “Exclusivity and accessibility are key requirements for busy guests who also value ambience, comfort, décor and amenities.”

The Lounge serves up breakfast in the morning, and coffee, tea, and refreshment throughout the day. By night, wine and beer dispensers are available for self-service; while classic spirits like gin, whisky and vodka are provided at the beverage counter for guests to create their own concoctions.

In addition to the refurbishment of the Club Lounge, the hotel’s Club rooms have also been renovated, and now feature signature Le Méridien beds and universal power socket outlets. www.lemeridienkualalumpur.com
