Japan Airlines and Korean Air Start Mileage Tie-up

Japan Airlines (JAL) and Korean Air (KE) have signed an agreement on a reciprocal mileage tie-up, enabling members of two airlines’ respective programmes to redeem award tickets on either airline.

JAL Mileage Bank members can now enjoy ticket redemption for KE-operated and KE-designated routes, including flights from Incheon in Seoul to Narita, Osaka, and Nagoya, while KE’s Skypass members can redeem tickets for JAL-operated and JAL-designated flights, including services between Busan and Tokyo.

This development expands both airlines’ programmes, allowing customers of both airlines an opportunity to gain more benefits. www.jal.com
