Choice Hotels Asia-Pac, together with Choice Hotels Japan, has launched the first Ascend Hotel Collection hotel in Asia with the opening of hotel around TAKAYAMA in Japan.

Coinciding with the Ascend Hotel Collection’s 15th anniversary, the new hotel is designed for travellers seeking unique experiences in exceptional surroundings and is powered by the award-winning loyalty program Choice Privileges.

Boasting 152 rooms (both Japanese and Western style), hotel around TAKAYAMA is an ideal base for travellers to explore the historical city of Takayama, an agricultural industry hub surrounded by the scenic countryside of the Japanese Alps.
