Hilton Opens in Zhuzhou, China

Hilton Worldwide has debuted in Hunan Province, China, with the opening of Hilton Zhuzhou, offering business travellers a contemporary stay in the heart of one of China’s most important industrial belts.

“Helping global travellers find new experiences has been in Hilton’s DNA since we opened our first hotel in 1919, and we are proud to extend our renowned hospitality to travellers visiting Zhuzhou,” says Rob Palleschi, global head, full service brands, Hilton Worldwide. “Hilton Zhuzhou is the perfect choice for guests, especially business travellers, and we look forward to capturing the growing corporate and MICE segments of this important city.”

A modern take on Zhuzhou’s heritage, the hotel’s 368 rooms and suites feature spectacular views of the Xiang River and quality in-room amenities, including Hilton Serenity beds, generously-sized desks, wireless internet access, bathrooms with separate showers and bathtubs, and Peter Thomas Roth toiletries.

For meetings and events, the luxurious hotel boasts more than 3,000sqm of conference and banquet spaces, with nine meeting rooms and a 1,280sqm pillar-less ballroom that can accommodate up to 1,000 people. All meeting spaces are equipped with state-of-the-art audio visual and lighting systems. The hotel’s business center is also available to provide full corporate facilities and 24-hour services to meet guests’ business needs.

Guests can enjoy fresh seafood, high quality coffees and band performances at all day dining restaurant Spices, or savour authentic Italian specialties with fine wines at Osteria. Yuxi artfully combines Cantonese specialties with local flavors and offers 16 private rooms for social gatherings and business functions; while the Two@2 Bar has a lively, casual atmosphere and a fine selection of local and imported beers.

Be sure to take advantage of the unparalleled recreational facilities, including a heated indoor swimming pool and a 24-hour fitness center, equipped with the latest cardio and strength training equipment, a yoga and aerobics room, a whirlpool and a sauna. Guests may also treat themselves to rejuvenating beauty treatments at the hotel’s full-service spa.
