Emirates to Fly A380 to Vienna

Starting on July 1, Emirates will operate one of its two scheduled daily flights from Dubai to Vienna with its iconic A380 – the world’s largest passenger aircraft – elevating the inflight experience of business travellers bound for the capital of Austria. The airline’s second service on this route will continue to operate on a Boeing 777-300ER with a seating capacity of 360.

“Over the years, we have gradually seen an increase in demand for our services in Austria thanks to the strong response and support from our customers,” says Thierry Antinori, Emirates‘ executive vice president and CCO.  “We are very pleased now, as a further step, to bring our flagship A380 to Austria, offering an unrivalled travel experience for passengers in all classes.”

Emirates’  A380 has a three-class configuration, with 14 closed suites in First Class, 76 flat-bed seats in business class, and 399 standard seats in economy. First class passengers can enjoy the industry’s only Onboard Shower Spa; while business travellers can socialise and sample canapés and cocktails at Onboard Lounge. Passengers in all classes can also enjoy the airline’s award-winning inflight entertainment ice, with over 2,200 channels, and free Wi-Fi. www.emirates.com
