Emirates Expands Network with Bangkok Airways Codeshares

Emirates and Bangkok Airways have inked a new codeshare deal that gives Emirates passengers access to more routes and destinations.

The partnership, which sees the addition of 19 routes and 14 new destinations to the Emirates network, The new codeshares will see Emirates reach destinations like Koh Samui and Chiang Mai in Thailand, Simen Reap in Cambodia, and Yangon and Mandalay in Myanmar, from bases in Bangkok, Phuket, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore.

Customers on the Bangkok Airways-operated services will be given the same luggage allowance they receive on the Emirates-operated legs of their journey.

Emirates will also increase its capacity to Bangkok, adding a fourth daily A380 servive to its six daily flights.
