Courtyard by Marriott Opens in Seoul

Marriott International has expanded its portfolio of hotels in Korea with the opening of Courtyard by Marriott Seoul Namdaemun. The new hotel features 409 spacious, contemporary guest rooms and suites, providing business travellers with flexibility and choices.

“Namdaemun is a cultural epicenter, combining the best of South Korea’s tradition with innovation and technology,” says Rajeev Menon, chief operations officer, Southeast Asia and Pacific, Marriott International. “As the first Courtyard by Marriott in Namdaemun, the property is designed to offer relaxing and functional spaces to accommodate guests and help them to be productive while they travel. Courtyard’s overall design is modern, contemporary, and thoughtful. All rooms are equipped with premium amenities, including 49 inch LED televisions, Courtyard labelled bedding, high-speed internet access, and floor-to-ceiling glass walls. The Namdaemun Suite on the 19th floor has an outdoor terrace where guests can enjoy panoramic views of Seoul city, and it is perfect for private functions and gatherings.

The Executive Lounge is located on the 22nd floor, and exclusively offers guests complimentary breakfast, evening canapés, use of meeting rooms and snacks throughout the day. Guests can also dine at the Momo Café or enjoy snacks and beverages at the Momo Lounge & Bar.
