AccorHotels has opened Hotel de Arts Saigon, a new member of its MGallery Collection. Centrally located in the most vibrant district of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, the newly-built hotel pays homage to the romantic voyages of an elegant era, with a modern twist.
