A Holiday Inn Express Opens in Jakarta

InterContinental Hotels Group has opened the Holiday Inn Express Jakarta Wahid Hasyim, marking the eighth Holiday Inn Express in Indonesia, and offering business travellers a convenient stay in the heart of the capital city.

Centrally located along the bustling Jalan K.H. Wahid Hasyim, the 160-room hotel offers easy access to the city’s main business district at Jalan M.H Thamrin and is a short drive from other major commercial areas, such as Jalan Jendral Sudirman and the vibrant Kuningan neighbourhood in Jakarta’s Golden Triangle.

Business guests can look forward to a refreshing stay with a choice of queen or twin guest rooms and convenient amenities, including complimentary wifi; power showers with a three-function massage showerhead, a 24-hour fitness room; free Express Start Breakfast with Grab & Go options; and a self-service business centre.

“Holiday Inn Express is one of the fastest growing hotel brands in the world and we have opened an average of one Holiday Inn Express hotel every three months since the brand’s Indonesia debut in 2013,” says Leanne Harwood, vice president for operations, South East Asia, IHG. “With more than 20 million travellers expected in Indonesia over the coming years, we are confident that the brand will cater to the needs of on-the-go travellers looking for a comfy and affordable place to rest and relax after a long day out and about, whether for business or leisure.” www.ihg.com/holidayinnexpress
