Wolfgang Puck Opens First Hong Kong Restaurant

Chef Wolfgang Puck has opened his very first restaurant in Hong Kong, with Wolfgang Puck Kitchen at the arrivals hall of Hong Kong International Airport in partnership with Lagardère Travel Retail.

One of the largest names in the international culinary scene, chef Wolfgang Puck started his career at 14. After stints in some of Europe’s leading kitchens, he opens acclaimed Spago in Los Angeles and has since built an empire that includes restaurants, cookbooks, and television shows.

The new restaurant will deliver a Californian-inspired interpretation of global comfort fare
using high-quality seasonal ingredients. Delicious, efficient and affordable, the fast-casual setting of Wolfgang Puck Kitchen is designed for the discerning traveller on the go.

Business travellers will have the option to dine in for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, and late-night supper; or to simply enjoy a cocktail at the bar. During breakfast, the new venue will offer a selection of hearty American-style breakfast essentials, with contemporary twists given to classic comfort dishes.

The casual dining component to Wolfgang Puck’s culinary empire includes a wide variety of concepts located at airports, universities, hospitals, and casinos, as well as standalone streetside restaurants, with over 50 locations in the portfolio.
