New Serviced Apartments for Melbourne

Accor will open The Sebel Melbourne Moonee Ponds in the city’s newest precinct of Mason Square in November.

Mason Square is a new major urban renewal development comprising a residential, retail and dining. The Sebel Melbourne Moonee Ponds will deliver 97 serviced apartment-style rooms to the new hub. Spanning eight floors, the property boasts 89 one-bedroom apartments and eight two-bedroom apartments, all complete with balconies and full kitchen facilities.

Featuring a fitness centre, meeting spaces, a New York-style restaurant known as Saros, ample underground parking, and a ground floor space will be home to retailers and cafes, leased to external operators.

Located 6km from Melbourne’s CBD, the new property is close to the renowned Puckle Street retail strip and Moonee Ponds Central shopping centre. Moonee Ponds has established itself as Melbourne’s premier racing precinct experiencing thousands flocking to both the nearby Moonee Valley Racecourse and world-renowned Flemington Racecourse, home of the Melbourne Cup.

The Sebel Melbourne Moonee Ponds joins a network of 30 internationally branded The Sebel products apartments across Australia and New Zealand.

Guests of The Sebel Melbourne Moonee Ponds will be able to earn points and privileges via Accor’s award-winning loyalty programme – Le Club AccorHotels. The programme is free to join and can be used across more than 4,800 hotels, resorts and residences across 100 countries.
