Dusit Foods, a subsidiary of Dusit International, has partnered with Thai Airways to expand the acclaimed Streets to Sky project.
The new collaboration brings authentic Thai street food to the airline’s international flights, with four new signature dishes from iconic Thai SMEs now available in Economy Class.
The new dishes include Chicken Gravy with Rice from Jeib Rod Dee Ded, a 50-year-old eatery renowned for its succulent chicken rice; Duck Noodles from Xia Noodle in Bang Rak, celebrated for its tender duck and flavourful broth; Hokkien Stir-Fried Noodles with Seafood from Krua Jongjit, a bold Phuket-style dish; and Choo-Chee Fish Curry from Baan Yeesarn, a rich, sweet-spicy curry by chef Tukta.
These join existing favourites like Massaman Chicken, Basil Chicken with Fried Egg, Crispy Noodles with Chicken Gravy, and Khao Soi Chicken, curated from legendary eateries.
The Streets to Sky project, supported by Dusit Foods’ Pinto Hub platform, promotes Thailand’s small restaurants with big flavours. By sourcing quality ingredients from local farmers, it boosts the economy and shares authentic Thai cuisine globally.
“We’re proud to bring the soul of Thailand’s street food to the skies,” says Ms Manisa Mitpaibul, managing director of Dusit Foods. “This partnership supports SMEs and celebrates our culinary heritage.
