Sydney’s Newest Wellness Haven

Business travellers to Sydney will find serenity far from the boardroom with the reinvigoration of The Darling Spa, formerly the The Spa at The Darling hotel, thanks to the addition of a steam room, salt water Jacuzzi and the state-of-the-art Darling Gym.

Designed by acclaimed Sydney architects Cox Richardson in conjunction with interior designers DBI Design and Stack Studio, The Darling Spa takes luxury pampering to a new level. Occupying the whole second floor of the hotel, the new additions, revised treatment menu as well as access to the stunning rooftop pool ensure an all-encompassing experience available for both hotel guests and others who appreciate five-star facilities.

The mosaic aromatherapy heated steam room with salt water Jacuzzi is a luxurious addition to the 13 treatment rooms, including two couple’s treatment rooms and a Hammam chamber with heated marble bed. It is a truly sensory experience and a completely unique offering in Sydney.

The state-of-the-art fitness facility, The Darling Gym allows guests to sustain their fitness regime when staying at the hotel or visiting The Darling Spa. The gym includes two treadmills, a cross trainer, one upright bike, a Kenesis wall (the first to be set up in a hotel gym in Sydney) and yoga mats, with personal training sessions also available.

The Darling Spa offers a myriad of services from massages and bespoke signature packages through to indulgent facials. The new treatment menu showcases the spa’s partnerships with international luxury brands including ESPA. The Darling Spa is the only spa in Sydney to offer ESPA’s holistic treatments and natural products. www.thedarling.com.au
