The historic Skittle Lane, originally built in the 1800s, has enjoyed a refurbishment sensitive to its history, and now hosts new restaurants and retail outlets and a stunning 12 metres new illuminated public art piece Reflect. Centuries-old historical artefacts have been unearthed during excavation, and now form part of a public display on-site showcasing the urban transformation of Kent and Clarence Streets.

“We are incredibly excited to open the doors to SKYE Suites Sydney,” says Crown Group chairman and group CEO Iwan Sunito. “The Arc by Crown Group building has set a new benchmark in the integration of historical heritage and contemporary architecture within residential developments. The building itself is an architectural masterpiece in the city’s CBD and it’s set to be a global icon.”
