Shangri-La Drives Culinary Innovation in Zhoushan

Shangri-La Group has unveiled its signature culinary experiences in Zhoushan with the phase I opening of Shangri-La Zhoushan.

Under this phase of the opening, Shangri-La presents a new approach to hospitality by concentrating the guest experience around its standalone food and beverage outlet, CHAO No.18 and the corresponding premium event and catering business.

Guests looking to embark on a culinary journey will enjoy the signature restaurant CHAO No.18, named after the hotel’s address of No. 18 Qiandao Road, as well as the ambition to lead culinary trends. In a city where seafood dominates, CHAO No.18 has crafted a niche by offering a variety of the freshest and sustainable local ingredients and seafood from the surrounding farms and waters while also combining authentic regional delights with Zhejiang, Huaiyang, Sichuan and Cantonese flavours.

It has the largest pillar-free ballroom locally at 1,200 sqm and can accommodate 55 round tables.
