Rosewood Hotel Opens in Sanya, China

The new Rosewood Sanya resort, offering business travellers luxury accommodation on Hainan Island, along with a variety of meetings spaces with sweeping views of the South China Sea.

Located in Haitang Bay on the National Coast, Rosewood Sanya is part of an integrated resort set within 16 hectares of landscaped gardens surrounding the Sanya Forum, the largest convention centre in Haitang Bay. All 246 guestrooms and suites, ranging from 68sqm to 680sqm in size, overlook the ocean while 45 guestrooms have balcony plunge pools.

The new Rosewood hotel’s 3,425sqm of meeting spaces include a 1,500sqm pillar-less grand ballroom and six function spaces, catering to business meetings and exceptional events, as well as for inspirational corporate retreats and complete relaxation.

Other event spaces include a sprawling 2,629sqm pre-function foyer for receptions and an exhibition space spanning 2,700sqm. The Pavilion is a residential-style venue with a spacious outdoor terrace offering uninterrupted sea views.

The hotel features five restaurants and lounges, a spa and fitness studio, as well as an indoor yoga studio, an outdoor yoga platform, and a 110-metre infinity sky pool on the resort’s 13th floor. Each venue offers the latest technology and state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment.
