Plaza Premium and SATS to Create New Lounge at Singapore Changi Airport

Plaza Premium Lounge Investment China Limited, in a partnership with SATS Airport Services, has been awarded an airport lounge contract by Singapore Changi Airport.

Both partners will jointly design, build, operate, and manage a new lounge named “Blossom – SATS and Plaza Premium Lounge”, which will be the only independent airport lounge in Singapore Changi Airport’s new Terminal 4 for the next six years.

Located at Level 2M within the transit area, the lounge will take up a space of approximately 1,100sqm with about 280 seats. Slated to soft open later this year alongside the official commencement of T4 operations, the new Blossom Lounge will offer hospitality, bar, catering, shower, massage, manicure and pedicure, as well as front-of-house and housekeeping services, to guest travellers with around-the-clock operations.

“We are excited to be awarded by CAG again, and this time collaborate with SATS to introduce Skytrax world’s best airport lounge service to the new T4 through our new lounge, offering exceptional hospitality and a seamless airport experience to Changi travellers,” says Song Hoi-see, founder and CEO of Plaza Premium Group. “In addition to Plaza Premium Lounge in Changi T1, we look forward to welcoming all travellers through another world-class airport lounge facility in association with SATS.”
