Penthouse Bar + Grill Opens at Park Hyatt Bangkok

Perched on top of the Park Hyatt Bangkok, in the heart of Phloen Chit, the Penthouse Bar + Grill has become one of the newest dining hotspots in the Thai capital.

Design by AvroKO of New York, the new dining venue is a three-floor entertainment complex comprising a grill restaurant, bars, and a rooftop terrace with breath-taking Bangkok city views.

The Grill restaurant features a kitchen where prime cuts of meat and seafood sourced from around the world. Beverages are curated to complement food selections, from craft beers to a wide variety of wines by the glass from renowned wineries, and refreshing non-alcoholic drinks. Guests can dine in the main dining room or on the outdoor terrace, while a private chef’s table catering up to eight guests is available for a more intimate and personalised experience.

The Cocktail Bar features double-height ceilings, a custom wine wall, a private bar, and a cabinet stacked with curated curios. Overlooking the Cocktail Bar and DJ stage in its own secluded space, the Mezzanine provides a discreet retreat or private gathering venue where you can lounge on comfortable channel-back sofas. The Whisky Room decorated with red Chiang Mai tiles has a library of a rare selection of single-malt whiskies.

The Penthouse Bar + Grill’s Rooftop Terrace highlights the city skyline in an outdoor garden lounge setting, complemented by a large open bar offering a selection of creative cocktails and a variety of bar snacks.
