Nina Hospitality has unveiled Nina Communal, its first multifunctional space, at Nina Hotel Kowloon East.

The new club lounge and a communal space is designed for modern travellers, locals, and residents, and will be where eating, drinking, socialising, co-working and playing come together.

Nina Communal is a mixed-use facility meticulously crafted to accommodate the needs of Nina hotel guests. This integrated facility seamlessly operates as a hybrid between a club lounge and a communal space, thereby delivering a range of services and facilities suited for culinary endeavours, corporate gatherings, leisurely unwinding and playing, as well as co-working. 

With its open layout, Nina Communal provides an ideal setting for fostering connections and interactions among its patrons. Eco-friendly initiatives will also be introduced to promote the adoption of sustainable living. The spaces are designed to create different zones and promote social engagement, whether it is for social, game, or dining.

With panoramic view of two signature landscapes in Hong Kong – Victoria Harbour and Lion Rock – the communal lounge is an over 1,900 sqft space located on the 35th floor, and can accommodate 40 guests with a selection of privileges. Guests can enjoy breakfast buffet at the hotel restaurant I-O-N between 7am to 10.30am; and afternoon tea snacks between 3pm to 5pm; while evening cocktails and light dinner will be served from 5.30pm to 7.30pm. An array of all-day refreshments with local snacks such as white rabbit candy, iced gem biscuits, and signature Nina Palmier will also be offered on rotation basis. 

The space is designed in an open setup that will foster collaboration, interaction, and co-creation among hotel guests. It is an excellent space for small gatherings, providing a comfortable and functional area for socialising, creating shared values and experiences. A dedicated game space and a range of activities will be available to connect individuals with one another and create an inclusive environment. 

A flexible co-working space catering to the needs of both guests and residents, making “working” less like work, and more like fun and creative, Nina Communal’s dynamic and collaborative atmosphere encourages productivity and fosters a sense of community. From a spacious common area to secluded work desks, fast network speeds to free Wi-Fi, it allows visitors to work efficiently and without interruption. 

Nina Hospitality plans to open Nina Communal lounges in Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West in Q2 2024 and Nina Hotel Island South in Q1 2025.
