The team behind acclaimed Bangkok restaurant Cadence by Dan Bark has launched Upstairs by Dan Bar, an intimate private dining venue.
Ideally suited for corporate entertaining, Upstairs by Dan Bark features a private lounge area, show kitchen and dining table and offers an intimate fine-dining chef’s table experience for 5–12 guests.
A New Hotspot for Corporate Entertaining
Inspired by the warmth of a friend’s home, Upstairs creates a setting where every detail—from service to ambience—makes guests feel valued and connected. Located on Cadence’s second floor, this sanctuary is led by chef Bark, who personally curates each evening’s interactive journey.
The inaugural menu, Korean Childhood Memories (1 March–31 July 2025), celebrates Bark’s Korean-American roots with nostalgic yet innovative dishes. From 1 August to 31 December 2025, Chicago: Street Food to Fine Dining will reflect his culinary beginnings in the Windy City.
Upstairs keeps dining dynamic with a rotating menu concept, unbound by cuisine, ensuring fresh experiences year-round. Guests are welcomed into an open kitchen where each dish narrates a unique story, blending heritage and creativity.
