Mott 32 Opens at Singapore’s Marina Bay Sands

Business travellers in Singapore have a new place to wine and dine clients in the Lion City with Hong Kong-based Maximal Concepts restaurant group throwing the doors open of Mott 32, its first foray into Singapore.

Located at the iconic Marina Bay Sands, Mott 32 Singapore is the latest overseas location for Maximal Concept’s award-winning Chinese restaurant. The original Mott 32 is located in Hong Kong, and other outposts include Vancouver, Seoul and Las Vegas.

Like the other Mott 32 locations, the Singapore restaurant will showcase timeless Chinese recipes recreated for modern palates with progressive cooking techniques. The exceptional mixology program and stunning interiors by Joyce Wang that are part of the Mott 32 DNA will also be in evidence in Singapore.

Mott 32’s culinary team sources the best ingredients from around the world to create its dishes that present authentic flavours of Cantonese, Szechuan,  and Beijing cuisine. All the restaurant’s signature dishes will also make an appearance on the Singapore menu, so guests can expect to feast on dishes like Apple Wood Roasted Peking Duck, Barbecue Pluma Iberico Pork Glazed with Yellow Mountain Honey, and Crispy Triple Cooked Wagyu Beef Short Ribs.

Created by award-winning interior designer Joyce Wang, who has been responsible for the design of all Mott 32 restaurants, the Singapore location uses the East-meets-West style of the brand but puts a Lion City spin on it. Think rich foliage and flora, chinoiserie backdrops, black and green terrazzo and hand-painted lanterns.

The 7,000sqft space can accommodate up to 149 diners for lunch and dinner, and also includes a private dining room that’s perfect for important working lunches or celebratory dinners.
