Just Challenge is an award-winning agency that has traditionally delivered corporate clients, including HSBC, Barclays, KPMG, and Arsenal Football Club, a selection of programs centered around physical health, mental wellbeing, and giving back to those less fortunate for corporates. Given the sudden shift of a global workforce working from home, corporates are now looking for ways to support and engage their employees, build community, and positively increase the wellbeing of their teams, leading to the creation of the new wellness-themed platform.
“Given the rapid rise and unpredictable changes Covid19 has created for most workplaces, caring for your peoples’ wellbeing has taken on a new level of complexity,” says Dr. Michelle McQuaid, a leader in workplace wellbeing, positive psychology, and neuroscience. “The findings of our most recent research highlights that feelings of struggle and stress are not signs that you are unwell or ‘broken,’ they are signs that something important needs your attention. Provided you have the wellbeing knowledge, tools, and support to respond to these signs, struggles don’t have to undermine your wellbeing or performance. In fact, they can enhance your learning and growth.”

Just Challenge Wellness offers a solution that is educational, insightful, and instrumental in supporting those working under stressful and anxious circumstances. The platform is delivered through video tutorials, podcasts, downloadable guides, and a program of live sessions. All elements of the Just Challenge Wellness program can be done from home, enabling employees to continue to feel part of a collective purpose.
“We had to pivot incredibly quickly in Q1 2020 to help find a solution for our large-scale corporate clients who couldn’t partake in our physical challenges and were seeking alternatives for their extensive global workforces,” says Lucy Bennett-Baggs, CEO of Just Challenge. “By rolling Just Challenge Wellness across their businesses, our clients can demonstrate they care at a time of heightened stress and anxiety for their workforce. I think it’s more important than ever before to be investing in your people – when the storm does pass, those that have continued to invest in their people and purpose will thrive, and those that haven’t will be left behind.”
