InterContinental Hong Kong’s Lobby Lounge has presented a stylish Shanghai Tang Tea Set, available from July 3, 2017 through September 17, 2017, providing the perfect afternoon meeting option for corporates looking to impress their clients.

Shanghai Tang remains one of Asia’s most acclaimed culturally-inspired fashion brands. A Hong Kong icon, it is best known for its vibrant colours and modern takes on classic Chinese cultural motifs.

Delicately placed in a stunning Shanghai Tang lacquered box, the InterContinental Hong Kong Lobby Lounge‘s summer-themed tea set includes seasonal items and Asian inspired ingredients. Savoury Items include sliced lobster, with gingko green pea purée on rye bread; smoked salmon rillettes with brioche; and green asparagus with cheese and serrano ham. Pastries are raspberry/pistachio shortbread; taro/mango opera cake; and pandan puff pastry.

Verrines in small glass containers include black rice glutinous pudding with coconut, ginkgo and wolfberries; and praline/chocolate mousse with passion fruit, banana sauce, roasted hazelnuts. Freshly baked scones will be served with Devonshire clotted cream, earl grey tea jam, and peach/rose jam.
