First Holiday Inn Opens in Vietnam

InterContinental Hotels Group has opened the 350-room Holiday Inn & Suites Saigon Airport, the first Holiday Inn hotel in Vietnam, offering business travellers transit convenience.

Offering authentic experiences designed to bring friends, family and business partners together, the Holiday Inn & Suites Saigon Airport is situated approximately 10 minutes from Tan Son Nhat International Airport and 20 minutes from the centre of Ho Chi Minh City.

The hotel features 350 well-appointed rooms, including 100 spacious suites, all of which feature city or pool views. The 4th-floor lifestyle zone offers comfortable lounges, a 50-meter swimming pool, and a 24-hour gym.

When it comes to dining, the hotel offers an array of local and international culinary experiences. Manja Manja Restaurant showcases authentic Italian and southern Vietnamese cuisine, whilst the Déli Café and Lobby Lounge are designed to deliver a welcoming and informal ambiance in which to unwind after a long day of meetings or exploring the many cultural sights of Ho Chi Minh City.

Holiday Inn & Suites Saigon Airport features one of the largest meeting and event spaces in the city, accommodating up to 1,200 people.  Song Saigon Ballroom is designed to welcome up to 600 guests for banquets, and four additional function rooms can be combined to seat a further 270 guests. State-of-the-art technology throughout the meeting and event space ensures that every guest stays connected, whatever the occasion.

With bright, modern meeting rooms featuring the latest conferencing technology, the space is easily accessible by both elevators and escalators, with all facilities situated on the same floor for convenience. Meeting, conference and event organisers can choose from 14 flexible configurations for groups of every size and are supported throughout by state-of-the-art audio-visual systems, including 86-inch display screens in all meeting rooms and a 40 square meter built-in LED wall in the grand ballroom. In addition to a large foyer area perfect for networking, meetings and events can also be held in a peaceful outdoor environment with poolside settings available.
