Offering a better customer experience, Hilton Hotels is now giving complimentary standard internet access to all Hilton HHonors members across all its hotel brands, including Hilton, Conrad, Waldorf Astoria and DoubleTree by Hilton.

Previously, access to this feature was limited to Gold and Diamond members of the brand’s loiyalty program. Now, members in the silver tier, and the newly-enrolled Blue members, will be able to access free WiFi.

Diamond cardholders will be offered complimentary access to the higher-speed premium internet access service.

To benefit from this offer, members must book their stay directly through Hilton, either through its websites, mobile apps, reservation centres or in-person. www.hilton.com
