GCP Hospitality Opens Residence G in Shenzhen

GCP Hospitality, known for its fashionable hotel brand Hotel G, has debuted in Shenzhen, China with the opening of its latest lifestyle serviced apartment and hotel, Residence G Shenzhen, catering to business travellers looking for a modern hotel or fully-equipped serviced apartment with a prime location in the southwest area of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone.

The property boasts a two-floor dynamic community hub, G Club, which is part restaurant, part community centre, and is the first-of-its-kind in a hotel or residence in Shenzhen’s Nanshan District.

The new long-stay complex hosts 178 stylish rooms and serviced apartments ranging from studios to three-bedroom residences, all of which feature modern European design, and combine functionality with high-tech style, such as complimentary high-speed wifi and internet protocol televisions with E-readers.

The two meeting rooms at Residence G Shenzhen, Retreat I and II, are outfitted with the latest technology, including vision boards, projectors, and minibars, providing innovators a modern environment to hold business meetings and small workshops.

The Clubhouse, a social hub located on the 11th floor, features a trendy restaurant and bar with a communal dining table, multiple televisions, and high and low seating. EnerGy on the 10th floor is dedicated to sports, wellness, and entertainment, with a 25-meter long swimming pool, fully-equipped gym, a yoga room, and a multi-purpose sports space.

The complex is easily accessible by air, land, and water: it is a short drive from surrounding business districts, a 50-minute drive from Shenzhen Airport, a 30-minute ferry ride away from Hong Kong International Airport, and a 40-minute drive from Luohu train station; while Hong Kong’s Central district is just an hour’s ferry ride away via the Shekou port.
