Flint at JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong Showcases Portuguese Cuisine

The popular Flint restaurant at JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong has launched an innovative Portuguese Classics Four-Course Dinner.

Available through May, Flint’s tantalising new menu offers business travellers a Mediterranean escape amid their tight schedules in the Fragrant Harbour.

The expense account-friendly menu celebrates Portugal’s maritime culinary heritage with a modern twist, ideal for client dinners or post-meeting relaxation.

The meal begins with a choice of Bolinhos de Bacalhau, crispy salt cod croquettes with lime aioli, or Polvo a Lagareiro, roasted octopus in garlic olive oil.

Next, Caldo Verde, a kale-potato soup with chorizo, delivers Portuguese comfort food at its best, while mains include Arroz de Marisco, a seafood rice with mussels and shrimp, or herb-marinated Frango Assado with roasted vegetables.

Finish with a sweet touch in the form of Serradura, a layered vanilla cream and biscuit pudding.

Flint’s Portuguese Classics Dinner can be reserved now on the JW eShop and is priced at HK$900 per guest, subject to a 10% service charge.
