The first Flight Club Grab ‘n’ Go to open in Hong Kong International Airport has brought to urban travellers a new experience of airport dining with an array of healthy culinary offerings.
An airport dining collective by Hong Kong’s Plaza Premium Group, Flight Club Grab ‘n’ Go prides itself on using locally-sourced seasonal ingredients, including the freshly handmade artisanal breads from the city’s acclaimed Levain Bakery, offering travellers healthy food choices when departing from or arriving at one of Asia’s busiest airports.
Located at the airport’s Arrivals Hall B, the new gourmet food venue offers a range of healthy juice, season-driven salads, and a wide selection of gourmet hot dishes, from the Indian chicken curry to Moroccan-style chicken sandwich.
Flight Club Grab ‘n’ Go’s menu is inspired by premium ingredients, including healthy seeds, fresh herbs, locally-sourced produce, and European-style artisanal breads from Hong Kong’s acclaimed Levain Bakery. Each dish has been designed to offer the perfect nutritional balance, and are free of additive and preservative, making them ideal for busy travellers on the go.
Highlights on the fresh slow-pressed juice menu include Timeless, a natural jetlag cure with apple, orange, turmeric and ginger; the immune system bolstering The C Booster, with orange, grapefruit, pineapple, ginger, and chia seed; and the Charge Me Up, with grapefruit, pineapple, lemon, lime and lemongrass, the perfect morning refresher. In addition, Flight Club Grab ‘n’ Go features a standalone bar serving fresh Lavazza barista coffee, a range of boutique tea blends, selected red and white wines, and draught beer.
Well-suited for travellers on the move, and for fliers who prefer to bring their own healthy meals with them on short-haul flights, Flight Club Grab ‘n’ Go offers allows travellers to eat-in, eat-out, or eat-up in the air.
