Etihad Launches New Flight to New York

Etihad Airways will commence daily Airbus A380 flights between Abu Dhabi and New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport on November 23 ,2015, operating the aircraft which features The Residence, the only commercially available three-room suite in the sky.

The Residence’s guests will enjoy an array of benefits, including airport transfer; a private three-room suite with living room, double bedroom, and separate ensuite shower room, for up to two guests; and access to the Etihad Lifestyle Concierge team. Savoy-trained butlers will deliver highly personalised services, ranging from dining reservations, entertainment bookings, special events, to destination information and lifestyle services.

Each of the aircraft’s nine First Apartments feature a reclining lounge chair and an ottoman, which can be extended to become an 80.5-inch long fully-flat bed; while the 70 Business Studio seats, located on the upper deck of the aircraft, offer direct aisle access, a fully flat bed. A bar at The Lobby, located between the First Class and Business Class cabins, will also be available to serve a wide selection of hot snacks and refreshments. www.etihad.com
