Cathay Pacific Gold members will be able to enjoy complimentary wifi access in all classes from November 15.
The new access will soon be followed by all Cathay members travelling in Premium Economy by the end of this year.
With this upcoming rollout, complimentary Wi-Fi will be available to all passengers travelling in First and Business class, as well as Diamond and Gold members travelling in all cabins. Cathay Pacific also plans to roll out complimentary Wi-Fi to all Cathay members travelling in Premium Economy by the end of this year.
With the expanded access to complimentary Wi-Fi, more passengers can easily enjoy seamless connectivity in the air — from checking emails and browsing the internet, to streaming audio, using social media and messaging apps, and accessing cloud storage services and other professional applications.
Passengers can connect with one device at a time and can switch between devices at any time during their flight. In addition, complimentary access to all pages on cathaypacific.com and the Cathay Shop is available in all cabins.
Cathay Pacific is one of the very few airlines worldwide to provide both 100% seatback inflight entertainment and 100% high-speed inflight connectivity across its entire fleet.
Premium Economy class passengers are encouraged to sign up for Cathay membership before their flights to unlock an array of exclusive benefits, including complimentary Wi-Fi service when it rolls out.
