China Eastern Airlines Launches TravelEdge Loyalty Hotel Platform

China Eastern Airlines has launched a new TravelEdge loyalty hotel platform with Kaligo Travel Solutions, an innovator in travel rewards technology, allowing its 32 million Eastern Miles members worldwide to earn and redeem points on hotel stays.

Powered by Kaligo’s TravelEdge accrual & redemption technology, the new platform is the first fully integrated hotel loyalty product available to consumers in the Chinese travel market. It enables Eastern Miles members to earn and redeem Eastern Miles points instantly at 465,000 properties globally, using a quick and easy-to-use desktop or mobile website with end-to-end servicing in Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and English.
