This dedicated team can help arrange dining privileges at some of Hong Kong’s hottest dining spots, while also allowing members to make priority booking to skip the queue at dining outlets.
Black Sheep Restaurants boasts 13 of Hong Kong’s most sought-after restaurants and one bar. Its collection of niche restaurant concepts and distinct dining experiences includes Carbone, a New York-Italian restaurant that pays homage to the 20th-century restaurants in the city; Belon, a neo-Parisian bistro with a daily changing menu influenced by local ingredients; Buenos Aires Polo Club, an elegant steakhouse inspired by Argentina’s grilling and polo culture; and the lively Vietnamese bar and kitchen Chôm Chôm.
