China’s Capital Airlines will launch a new Lisbon-Beijing route, the first direct service between China and Portugal, on July 26, 2017.
The new 13-hour flight will depart the Chinese capital at 01:10 on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays and will land in Lisbon at 07:30 the next day. The return leg will depart from the Portuguese capital at 11:00 on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays to arrive in Beijing at 05:40 the next day.

The Capital Airlines Lisbon-Beijing service will be operated by an Airbus A330-200, a new wide-body, twin-aisle aircraft featuring spacious and comfortable passenger cabins, with 242 economy seats and 18 business seats that can recline flat to a full 180-degree position. Meal service on the exciting new route will feature Portuguese culinary delicacies.

Capital Airlines, in cooperation with Hainan Airlines, will deliver passengers originating from most cities in China to Lisbon, and then connect them to over 100 cities in Europe and South America, including Madrid, Porto, Sao Paulo, Lyon, Nantes, Toulouse, and Brasilia.
