Millennium Hotels and Resorts has introduced its first autonomous team member, Aura the Relay Robot, to the group’s M Social Singapore, offering guests an insight into room service of the future.
Created by Savioke, the ‘robot automated room-service associate’ Aura has been introduced in order to replace human personnel and boost productivity, operations, and service quality at the hotel.
Aura helps to take guest experiences to the next level, delivering the likes of bottled water, towels, toiletries, amenities, and packed meals to hotel guest rooms, and interacting with guests via its tablet ‘face’.

Aura the robot is able to find its own way around the hotel to deliver room amenities to guests, with the hotel estimating that Aura does the work of two to three human employees while takeing an average of six to eight minutes to make a room delivery
Situated along Robertson Quay, M Social Singapore is a 293-room lifestyle design hotel that thrives on an interplay of friendship, community, and new experiences.
