All Nippon Airways Launches ANA Pay

All Nippon Airways, Japan’s largest carrier, has launched an advanced mobile payment solution called ANA Pay that will make it easier for eligible ANA Mileage Club members to earn miles with their purchases.

The introduction of ANA Pay comes as All Nippon Airways (ANA) focuses on digitising its business and expanding options for passengers.

ANA Pay will be available for AMC members in Japan who use JCB credit cards and will allow users to make payments through the AMC app. By doubling the mileage that members earn on all purchases with each payment ANA will make possible the accumulation of mileage in multiple areas of their daily lives. The launch comes amid increasing demand for more mobile and digitized services, and ANA is proud to launch the new payment service to increase safety and raise convenience for passengers.

“The central goal of ANA has always been to create a safer, more convenient travel experience for passengers and this new payment service is an additional benefit,” says Yasuko Kato, Chief Executive Officer and President of ANA X INC. “The new mobile payment service that ANA will launch with JBC increases convenience and travel options for ANA Mileage Club members while also incentivizing the use of mobile payment systems. By providing increased mileage for each purchase through ANA Pay, users will benefit and will have a range of new travel options become available to them.”

ANA Pay will allow users to earn miles based on payment amount and also to use ANA Pay Mile Plus service when making a payment at affiliated stores.
