ALTO Opens in Causeway Bay

Offering breath-taking views of the Hong Kong skyline, ALTO has opened on the top floor of the new V Point tower in Causeway Bay. Marrying stylish design with modern French and Asian delicacies, the new dining venue provides an ideal setting for impressive business dinners.

Created by acclaimed British designer Tom Dixon, the 95-seat ALTO is decked out with a canopy of 220 signature gold ‘Mini Melt’ lights, blackened timber table tops, and molten metal brass fittings. Crafted by executive chef Michael Boyle, the former head chef of Bistecca Italian Steakhouse in Central, the restaurant menu features a range of contemporary grill items. Guests can enjoy an eclectic array of starters, such as crispy pig skins served with Thai-spiced dipping sauce, before savouring superior USDA Prime American ribeye or Argentinian grass-fed sirloin, both char-grilled to perfection.

The stylish restaurant also boasts a selection of decadent desserts, artisanal cocktails, and a superb range of wines from some of the world’s most respected vineyards. Perfect for intimate meetings, a private champagne room is also available, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Victoria Harbour. www.diningconcepts.com
