Boutique hotel and club CHAO has opened 27 Top House, a 1,600 square metre multi-dimensional venue overlooking Beijing’s skyline.
As its name suggests, 27 Top House is located on the 27th floor atop the CHAO building and is suitable for art exhibitions, fashion shows, immersive performances and corporate events.

The team behind CHAO intentionally left the space raw and unadorned, with concrete interiors and naked metal pillars defining the 1,600 square metre L-shaped space, which is set across two floors and includes a large event space and a smaller private room offering 360-degree panoramas of Beijing.
Perfectly suited for corporate events, launches and entertaining, the new venue features soaring ceilings of a maximum height of 7 metres, which promote a sense of open space and elevated angles within the event space, while the 4K high definition arc screen set among the four built-in wall screens at 4.6m height can accommodate a range of audio-visual needs.
A destination to connect, discover and share experiences, CHAO features 180-rooms, 40 serviced apartment units, a 15,000 square metre Clubhouse space as well as the CHAO Art Centre, a 3,000 square metre art exhibition space, amphitheatre, and private screening room.
