The Westin Kolkata Rajarhat will debut in India on October 1, 2017, offering corporates a variety of luxury accommodation options along with a wide range of meetings facilities as well as easy access to the nearby business district.
Located in Kolkata near the International Convention Centre and airport, the new hotel will comprise 314 rooms and suites, including the contemporary Deluxe Rooms, which feature double-glazed floor-to-ceiling windows framing spectacular views of the pool, Eco Park Lake, or the Kolkata skyline. A spacious writing desk with ergonomic chair and multi-jack connectivity are also provided in each room.

Meetings and events facilities at Westin Kolkata Rajarhat include a total of over 4600sqm of indoor and outdoor meeting spaces across 10 well-appointed venues, all of which integrate sophisticated décor with state-of-the-art technology, such as high-speed internet access and the latest audio-visual equipment.
The largest ballroom can accommodate 1,400 guests while the smallest can seat 250 in theatre style. An adjacent, glass-enclosed pre-function space spans 460sqm and features floor-to-ceiling windows. The ballrooms offer direct access to the hotel’s verdant lawns, ideal for pre- or post-ceremony receptions and cocktail parties.

For more intimate gatherings and executive meetings, multiple boardrooms outfitted with the latest technology can seat 50 to 120 and feature ample natural light. The Coral and Capri rooms offer breathtaking views of the capital city from an open-air terrace, where guests can enjoy corporate meeting breaks. The Aqua, Elevate, and Renew boardrooms are ideal for meetings of up to six people; while the Lounge accommodates up to 20 in a casual cocktail set-up.
