The Road Warrior’s New Best Friend

As business travellers, we’re constantly tethered to electronics while on the road, busy responding to text messages, replying to emails, and even editing documents. Often enough, all of this can now be done on our smartphones and tablets, without the need to pull out our still somewhat clunky laptops. The only problem is dealing with the minuscule keys that appear on our keyboards.

Thanks to the brains over at Logitech, you can now use your smartphone and tablets without resorting to peppering your messages with typos with the release of the Bluetooth Multi-Device Keyboard K480.

The slick and savvy device is a wireless external keyboard that works with all the devices you’d usually travel with – computers, tablets and smartphones.

The keyboard syncs with your devices’ bluetooth – with a range of up to 10 metres – and there’s even a nifty little cradle so you can dock your smartphone and tablet while you work.

The keyboard also features a handy little Easy-Switch dial that lets you toggle between each of your connected devices with the flick of a switch.

Available in black or white, measuring 19.5×29.9x2cm, and weighing 820g, this sleek device is ergonomically designed and sized well enough to be thrown into your carry on, so you’ll always be able to dash off an urgent email without resorting to your laptop.

The Bluetooth Multi-Device Keyboard K480 is priced at €49.99. www.logitech.com
