The Restaurant by The Kinnet Opens in HK

The Restaurant by The Kinnet, formerly The Kinnet Café, has opened in Sheung Wan, offering an ideal spot for power lunches or dinners in the heart of Hong Kong.

Using only the best seasonal ingredients from local and overseas, The Restaurant by The Kinnet offers a range of naturally rejuvenating dishes. A weekday lunchtime set menu is available for HK$168 (US$21.50), including a soup of the day; an entrée of roasted organic chicken, roast beef or fish of the day, with a choice of two salads; and a coffee or tea. Diners can also add a dessert for an extra HK$40 (US$5).

Other signature dishes in the restaurant include pan fried crab cakes with wasabi yoghurt dressing; pan fried barramundi with celeriac puree, sautéed kale and snap pea; and stewed beef cheeks with celery, carrot and barley.

With a relaxing outdoor terrace, The Restaurant by The Kinnet also features The Sun Room, a private dining room perfect for business gatherings or social events. http://thekinnetrestaurant.com
