The Langham, Hong Kong Offers New Meeting Experiences

The Langham, Hong Kong hotel has launched a comprehensive programme, Meaningful Meetings for the Senses, offering business travellers three new colour-inspired thematic meeting experiences.

Designed to captivate the senses, the Balanced Green, Trusted Blue and Vibrant Orange meeting packages curate sensations from colourful sights and stimulating sounds, to invigorating scents and extraordinary flavours, creating a sensory atmosphere for meetings planners and participants.

The Balanced Green experience includes a green meeting venue and a palatable range of natural green lunch and afternoon tea break options prepared by the hotel’s executive chef Pedro Samper, including green pea risotto with asparagus and porcini mushrooms; organic free-range chicken with celery root puree and organic baby carrots; and granny smith and melon jelly shooters. A specially-designed mocktail, Forest, is stirred with freshly squeezed kiwi, guava and sparkling water.

The function space for the Trusted Blue experience includes decorated blue chairs and soothing sounds of the ocean waves and rolling tides. The lunch menu featuring eco-conscious seafood specialties includes pan-fried sustainable halibut fillet, while tea break highlights include deep-fried Ocean Pacific prawns with blueberry aioli, and seared scallops with wasabi mayonnaise and salmon roe. A themed mocktail, Ocean Wave, consists of blue curaçao syrup, fresh lemon juice and sprite. The package also introduces a “Water Bar” concept, offering a wide variety of flavoured sparkling and still waters.

The Vibrant Orange package boasts lively meeting spaces with vivid orange chairs and uplifting music beats, and culinary creations on the lunch menu, which includes avocado tartar and caramelised fig rocket salad with passion fruit and orange dressing; and poached salmon with sundried tomato sauce, while kumquat and almond tart is served as a tea break option. The Triple Revitaliser mocktail is skilfully crafted with carrots, apples and lemons, and is served during the tea break, while ginger and dragon fruit juice are also available.

These packages from The Langham, Hong Kong include welcome, morning and afternoon tea break service, high-speed wifi access, and the use of a state-of-the-art 7×3-metre LED Wall at an additional cost.
