The new Galaxy Macau eatery also serves dry-aged in-house beef, selected from farms committed to the quality and care of their farm-to-fork operation, such as coastal rye grass-fed Angus from Wakanui, New Zealand, and award-winning Kobe Wagyu from Darling Downs, Australia. Signature dishes on the a la carte menu include Atlantic salmon, Iberico acorn-fed pork, and French salt marsh chicken, served with a selection of salads and sides.
