Sky Terrace Presents New Cocktail Menu

One of Sydney’s best rooftop bars, The Star’s Sky Terrace has rolled out a new menu of signature cocktails, delicious food, and views over Sydney harbour, allowing business travellers the chance to enjoy a seasonal drink and delectable food in the sky.

Signature mixtures include the Bermuda Triangle, a summery twist on the long island iced tea; The Swept Away that offers a peach and mango delight; and Treasure Chest, a delightful combination of Chivas Regal, fresh apple, lemonade and soda water. For friends that are sharing, try one of the delicious jugs available, including the Bacardi Almost Famous or the Pimms-esque After the Sunset.

The new menu boasts delectable dishes such as the lobster roll with crisps; Philadelphia cheese steak and the greens; brie and jalapeno quesadillas.

Open every weekend over spring/summer, guests can soak up balmy afternoons and nights with live entertainment and acoustic sounds from acts such as the Joseph Calderazzo Duo and the Gemma Stone Duo. The party will continue when some of Australia’s top DJs like Sasha Moon hit the decks.

Corporate travellers looking for an event venue for celebration or business gathering can book a private Cabana with stunning harbour and city skyline views and a personal cocktail server. www.star.com.au/skyterrace
