Sixteen Antlers to Become Brisbane’s Newest Rooftop Bar

Brisbane’s brimming rooftop scene will welcome a new addition with skyline bar and lounge, Sixteen Antlers, set to open in the central business district mid-October, offering business travellers an open, airy and green haven from the city’s bustle.

Located within the Pullman and Mercure Brisbane King George Square hotel, Sixteen Antlers Rooftop Bar will offer amazing views of Brisbane’s premier public square and uninterrupted views of the iconic City Hall clock tower.

The new bar promises a superior section of craft beers, cocktails, and quality wines. Bar manager Zach Lepper and Pullman Brisbane King George Square’s executive chef Gary Howieson will oversee the bar menu. Under the direction of the Pullman brand’s Australian culinary ambassador Justin North, the dishes showcase regionally grown ingredients on small plates, in support of local providores, and to align with the trend to provide lighter, high protein options.

Sixteen Antlers will cater to up to 120 guests, with casual high top tables and seating, and more comfortable lounge seats for those who arrive early. Live DJ sets are scheduled for Friday nights, with laidback background beats creating an ambient soundtrack to after work drinks and catch ups at other times. http://www.pullmanbrisbanekgs.com.au/
