Shangri-La Launches SME Loyalty Scheme

Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts has launched an exclusive corporate loyalty scheme designed to reward small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) for business stays at the group’s properties.

Called the Business Travel Programme, the new loyalty scheme allows registered companies to enjoy preferential rates and other special benefits at nearly 80 Shangri-La properties around the world.

Companies must enrol in the programme on Shangri-La’s website, and once qualified as a Business Travel Account, a unique identification code will be assigned for company associates to reserve accommodation online or through Shangri-La’s mobile app.

Benefits of the Business Travel Programme include up to 10 percent off the Best Available Rates at all hotels and selected resorts under the Shangri-La, Kerry, Hotel Jen and Traders brands, as well as a host of other savings and complimentary amenities during stays at qualifying hotels.

To be eligible for the Business Travel Programme, each organisation must meet certain criteria. Companies must not be a travel agent or wholesaler, and must not currently hold a corporate rate agreement with Shangri-La, and must generate a minimum of 50 room night bookings a year.

The new corporate programme does not require any upfront monetary commitment. www.shangri-la.com
