Radisson Blu Hotel Opens in Faridabad, India

The Radisson Blu Faridabad has opened in the north Indian state of Haryana, offering corporate travellers full-service accommodation in one of India’s largest business hubs.

The new Radisson property features 124 rooms with a choice of one king or two twin beds, and includes high-speed internet service, writing desks, 40-inch flat-screen TVs, and This Works bathroom amenities.

The Radisson Blu Faridabad boasts a pillarless grand ballroom, which can accommodate up to 1,000 guests and is one of the largest banquet and convention venues in the city, and a variety of meeting facilities, which are replete with state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment and complimentary high-speed internet, ideal for workshops, training sessions, and conferences.

A selection of on-property dining outlets includes House of Soy, serving Pan-Asian dishes; The Tea Lounge, which serves a range of premium tea, coffee, and classic mocktails; and High Energy Bar, which offers pre-dinner aperitifs and late-night cocktails.

Faridabad is the most populous city in the Indian state of Haryana. It is a leading industrial centre and is situated in the National Capital Region bordering the Indian capital New Delhi. It is one of the major satellite cities of Delhi and is located 284 kilometres south of the state capital Chandigarh. The Government of India included it in the second list of Smart Cities Mission, and the city has been described as the eighth fastest-growing city in the world.
