The menu features three new signature concoctions: Weis Daiquiri, with a decidedly nutty base which contrasts nicely with Weis’ mango sorbet; The Gilligan, a blend of Absolut Elyx Vodka infused with pineapple, El Dorado Spiced Rum, and Pernod Absinth; and The Natural Hipster, made from spirulina, aloe vera juice, and Earl Grey infused with Cazadores Blanco Tequila.
