New World Millennium HK Hotel Unveils The Lounge

New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel has unveiled The Lounge, its newly refurbished dining and meeting space on the mezzanine floor. Located in the bustling Tsim Sha Tsui East district, The Lounge provides guests with a contemporary and cosy spot, perfect at which to enjoy light meals and beverages while discussing business.

Designed by Hong Kong-based Nude Design Limited, The Lounge’s interiors feature a warm and fresh colour palette and floor-to-ceiling windows which allow natural daylight to stream through, creating a contemporary “living room” environment. The versatile bookcase at the lounge entrance doubles as a display shelf and library to promote the relaxed tone.

The Lounge offers a range of homemade patisserie displayed in a vitrine, in addition to a menu of Asian and Western snacks. Signature dishes include beef sliders, crab cakes, salmon tartare, roasted duck spring roll, as well as mouth-watering desserts such as raspberry chocolate cake, pistachio éclair, vanilla éclair, and green tea layer cake. There is also a comprehensive assortment of beverages and alcoholic drinks, including a bespoke tea selection of over 20 varieties, featuring organic and herbal tea, as well as tea-infused cocktails. http://newworldmillenniumhotel.com
