Mama’s Buoi to Open At Tramsheds

Renowned Vietnamese brand, Mama’s Buoi, will launch its next Australian restaurant at Sydney’s oldest new food destination, Tramsheds Harold Park, this November, offering business travellers another option for authentic Vietnamese dishes in town.

Mama’s Buoi, led by founder and owner, Bao Hoang, will serve a menu of their signature home-style, authentic dishes and completes the exciting mix of top-class food providores in the newly restored European-inspired food hall.

Created by Faculty Design, the interiors of the new venue reflect Mama’s Buoi’s ideology, with a retro Vietnam-influenced design that creates a quirky and fun atmosphere.

Mama’s Buoi first opened its doors in Melbourne, expanding to Sydney’s Surry Hills and Crows Nest soon after and has since built a name for itself as the go-to choice for Vietnamese food.  A creative take on home-style cooking, inspired by Mama Hoang, Mama’s Buoi captures the many flavours and experiences native to Vietnam to provide an authentic, yet modern sharing menu encouraging diners to “eat food like family”. mamasbuoi.com.au
