La Paloma Introduces A New Spanish Brunch

La Paloma, a trendy tapas restaurant in Sai Ying Pun, is taking brunch to another level with the most spectacular Spanish meals the city has ever seen, offering a special and authentic treat for business clients.

Curated by three Barcelona natives Willy Trullas Moreno, Alex Fargas, and Riky Sabata, an authentic Spanish experience is brought to weekend brunchers.

La Paloma serves a selection of traditional Spanish Tapas, including serrano ham with tomato bread; tuna tiradito with red onion, avocado and corn; and a La Paloma favourite, patatas bravas (spicy fried potatoes).

The iconic cochinillo asado, a crispy-skinned suckling pig prepared whole in Segovian style and cooked in consistent temperatures of 400 degrees celsius in “el asador”, a traditional clay oven from Castilla y Leon, contains the juicy goodness of the pig while crisping the skin to perfection.

The second most iconic Spanish dish, paella mixta, a meat and seafood mixed paella, is cooked and served table-side in a 24-inch paella pan. www.lapaloma.hk
